Return Policy


New Returns: Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means you can exchange or return any new and unused item in the condition it was received for up to 1 year, hassle-free. New items that are returned will receive a refund. New items will need to be returned in their original manufacturers packaging along with tags intact.

 

Used Returns: We also allow you to return a used product for store credit, as long as it is within 90 days of purchase. Used items do not include those with excess wear and tear or damage from improper use.

 

All returns are processed for the original price of the purchase plus tax; the original shipping charge is not refunded. The processing time for a return is 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) upon receiving of your item(s).

 

Return Shipping

As soon as you know you are not satisfied with your purchase, follow these three simple steps to complete your return.

 

Step 1: Ensure all returns include the original manufacturer’s packaging and tags.

 

Step 2: Complete the Returns Form included with your shipment and indicate the reason for your return.

 

Step 3: Mail your return back in its original packaging. Please make sure the package is well protected. You can drop your return off at any FedEx location or FedEx box.

 

We do offer discounted UPS return labels that we can email directly to you. To have a label sent to you, or to receive a quote for a return label, please send an email with your name and order number to returnlabel@summitsports.com

Used Demo Ski Return Policy

 

Starting from the date of arrival you have a seven-day inspection period. If your demo purchase is not all that you hoped for please notify us to start processing your return. Return expenses are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund, excluding roundtrip shipping costs will be issued upon receipt, provided the item meets all return criteria.

 

Summitsports.com has pre-tested each USED DEMO ski binding to ensure that it functions correctly. Once the bindings are moved or adjusted the skis are not returnable.

 

Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or model, simply go to the site and place an order for the new item/size you wish to receive. You can then return the original item for a refund. Please note all returns will be processed for a refund or store credit, and to receive your new product you will need to place the new order either through the site or through our Customer Care team.

 

Editing a Placed Order

 

If you need to edit an order that you've already placed, please contact Customer Service as soon after placing your order as possible. Once an order is transmitted to one of our distribution centers for shipment, the order cannot be edited or cancelled.
