A: This binding will fit on any snowboard, given it's not too large for the waist width. And yep! This binding comes with all the necessary hardware to mount to your board.

Q: What size bindings do you recommend for a size13.5 boot?
A: To get the best possible fit I would suggest going with the ladies' specific model. Women's boots and bindings are anatomically correct to best support a female stance and muscle structure. If you went with this specific binding (Stealth 3) you would be either at the largest point for a small (not much wiggle room if they're too small) and at the medium-large you would be the opposite (with too much extra room in your bindings).
A: That should not be an issue at all. The standard bolt pattern on bindings is the same for youth as it is for adult. In some cases you may worry about overhang putting an adult binder on a youth snowboard but typically this is not an issue.
